Do you have a consultation fee?
Yes, we have a non-refundable consultation fee of $35 for basic Custom attire
$50 for special occasion attire such as prom, weddings etc
$100 for a wedding party
What is the starting price?
Basic wear ranges from $250- $500
Wedding dresses start at $2500
Reception dresses start at $2000
Custom prom dresses start at $1000
Ready to wear Prom dresses starts at $750
Special occasion garment on hand starts at $450
Does quote include materials?
Yes, all materials needed are included in a quote.
Please note: we do not accept client's fabric.
Do I have to come in for fitting?
For our custom dresses, we recommend coming in at least once to ensure perfect fit.
Do you work with out-of-state and international clients?
Yes, we work with both out-of-state and international clients. Consultations are done virtually and we also take accurate measurements during that process. Measurements are retaken before we ship your dress.
How far in advance do I have to book for my custom dress?
Wedding dress: 6 months - 1 year notice is required
Special occasion and prom: 4-6 months
*(Shorter notice will be regarded as Express order and a rush fee will apply)
What happens at consultation?
We get to meet our prospective client either face-to-face or virtually. For our virtual consultation, please be rest assured that the process is the same and will give you exact same result.
We discuss your design(s) and a final sketch will be done for your approval for a $25 fee.
Please note: We do Not sketch our Ready-to-wear designs.
A non-refundable 60% deposit is required at the end of your consultation and will go towards purchasing of materials needed for your garment.

Process
The total cost of your order will be required to start any made-to-order garment.
Production time varies for different designs and are stated in the description section of each dress.
We ship worldwide and signature confirmation is required upon delivery.
We Do not ship to P.O.Boxes
We only hold partially paid orders for 15 Days, after 15 days has expired without payment completion, you order will become the property of Sew Arrogant LLC and will be processed for Resale except communicated otherwise.
